• Attend to customers’ enquiries through telephone calls
• Ensure timely follow-ups with the customers’ unanswered/unresolved queries
• Handle customers’ complaints and resolve accordingly
• Make payment arrangements with customers and clients on settlement of their bills
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Liaising with various departments of the company
• Assist new/existing customers to create/close accounts
• Provide billing adjustments explanation to clients and customers
• Updating of payments in the system

The Requirements:

• Diploma holders from local Polytechnic, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1-2 years related work experience is an added advantage.
• Good spoken English and another language (preferably Mandarin).

Purpose of Role:

To make outbound calls to existing clients and cross-sell/up-sell a variety of products and services. The suite of products includes free services, as well as other banking products such as credit cards, general insurance and ready credit. In addition to products and services, officers would also be required to inform customers about marketing promotions and increase their engagement with the bank. The job requires the officer to consistently hit their daily/monthly sales targets.

Key Competencies:

• Officers should be extremely sales focused
• Prior experience in telesales/direct sales environment (preferred)
• Good command of English. Additional knowledge of Mandarin would be preferred.
• Good communication skills, and should be able to convince customers over the phone
