We conduct induction programs with the new employees joining your company, orientating them to your company policies, culture and practices. Performance Appraisal

Training will be provided to the appraiser to conduct effective appraisal session(s). Together with the Career Progression/ Attrition Module, we can even remind you when the appraisal is due and administer any necessary follow up.

Career Progression / Attrition Management
We can track all staff movement within your organization, up to the point of resignation and termination. We can design an Exit Interview Form specific to your needs and train your managers on using them. The reasons for leaving are compiled and presented to you periodically.
