Job & Responsibilities:
- Managing all Cost Accounting function of the Group
- Managing the Planning, organizing, data mining and analysis of Data and reporting Flow
- Making sure that cost accounting systems that ensure compliance as well as any new development and implementations are executed accordingly.
- Managing the accuracy of accumulative cost and reports of cost of all departmental projects and contracts in Organization.
- Review processes, methodologies, results and involved in strategic decision making.
- Manage team for forecasting and analytics.
- Assist CFC of group with month-end financial reporting
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance. Candidates with MBA, CPA or CIMA are also encouraged to apply
- At least 7-10 years of pure cost accounting and analysis experience
- Good systems skills including ERP and MRP systems
- Meticulous, able to have the foresight to see the big picture
- Leadership, process and project management skills are essential for this role with the ability to communicate ideas across effectively.
