Job Responsibilities:

•           Ensure all applications are processed on a timely manner based on stipulated guidelines & policy rules. ( Key Responsibilities)

•           Ensure submission of credit applications in a timely manner.

•           Verify & validate data/documents provided.

•           Ensure that all pending applications are being followed up timely

•           Update productivity log daily

•           Prepare & submit applications report weekly

•           Ensure that there are no  lost data as a result of delay/ error input.

•           Handle enquires within 24hours.

•           Conduct regular briefing in different locations to share common error, preventive measures.

•           Briefing on new initiatives.

•           Interview & recruit assistants

•           Conduct training for assistants

•           Assist to train staff from other countries

•           Performs any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

•           Minimum GCE “A” level with at least 3 years experience in credit evaluation or collections

•           Good team player

•           Strong analytical, organization and planning skills

•           Meticulous and an eye for details

•           Good interpersonal and communication skills

•           Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
