Requirements:

· Diploma from a local polytechnic
· Good in MS Office applications
· Good Communication skills
· Good problem solving skills
· Positive and customer-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate on the phone with relevant authorities on engineering and services matters
· Designate work to relevant departments for processing and perform Qualification checks on completed paper works.
· Participate in system upgrades and feedback on usability of systems and changes as end user
· Monitor and making sure that KPIs are achieved
