Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality guest service, ensuring a safe, clean, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere
  • Attend to guests warmly during check in/out
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, complaints and requests and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide customers with satisfying and memorable experience by mingling with them and furnishing them with travel information within Singapore and in the region
  • Maximize sales and revenue

Pre-requisites:

  • At least a Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Those without Diploma but with an aptitude for customer service will also be considered
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Warm and friendly disposition and pro-active and passionate about customer service
  • Enjoy meeting travellers from all over the world and sensitive to cultural differences when working with them
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and conversant in Mandarin
  • Able to work shifts
