Counter Operations
- Attend to customers at the customer service centre for opening and/or closing of utility accounts as well as collection of payment
- Handle general and account-related enquiries
- Make payment arrangements (including cashiering) with customers on settlement of their utility bill
Call Centres
- Attend to phone enquiries regarding utility matters
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and complaints
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Correspondence
- Reply to queries on utility accounts
- Make payment arrangements with customers on settlement of their utility bill
- Attend to customers at the customer service centre when assigned
Pre-requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline from a local polytechnic, preferably with 1 ā 2 years experience in customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possesses initiative & the ability to work under pressure
- Possess strong numeric and problem-solving skills
- A team player with positive service mindset
- Singaporeans/PR only
