Job Responsibilities:
• Report to the Senior Management to supervise the operations of the unit with the objective to minimize losses and maximize revenue by implementing effective and efficient activities.
• Ensure that sufficient processes are in place to adequately review all accounts and to translate objectives and targets into executable actions and work closely with the team leaders to deliver the objectives and targets.
• Provide guidance and coaching to the team leaders as well as to the staff to excel in their job performance
• Liaise with external agencies
• Effective and efficient operation of unit
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent in a business-related discipline
• Min 5 years’ supervisory experience in Collection/Call Centre of financial institutions
• Meticulous with good organization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people from all levels
• Good with numbers
• Knowledge in process management, credit control and credit risk management
• Independent, target driven and a team player
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
