Responsibilities:

  • Track safety stock and inventories according to customers’ desired level.
  • Analyze and submit weekly safety stock reports to customers.
  • Follow up on safety stock replenishment dates.
  • Ensure timely material supply by reviewing shortage report published by material control and to ensure escalation of shortages to the next level.
  • Assist the department on daily administrative jobs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / GCE ‘O’ with 3 years relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Knowledge of MRP system, preferably BAAN.
  • Fluent in English and be able to communicate with all levels.
