An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Search/Recruitment Consultant to help our client’s Human Resources team through a project that requires volume recruitment. This fully encompassed role will involve a wide range of recruitment initiative and end to end recruitment activities.  Although part of a high performing team, you will also enjoy significant autonomy in this role.

Your opportunity encompasses:

  • Handle active communication with client’s HR team to analyze their hiring needs and to deliver excellent professional service.
  • Ensuring best practice recruitment methodologies are applied consistently.
  • Working with leading edge recruitment technology to ensure maximum internal candidate mobility
  • Assisting with Recruitment projects as needed.

To be successful in this position you should ideally have obtained:

  • Diploma or higher educational level.
  • Good project management skills and presentation skills,
  • Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding capability of communication and influencing people
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a proven ability to align clients business strategy with their hiring needs
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience is preferred;
  • Knowledge or experience in sales and marketing function in industries such as Banking, IT Telecom, FMCG or Manufacturing, is a plus
  • Honest, reliable, confident, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Good command of English
  • Team player and result oriented
