The sales manager will be responsible for acquisition of small businesses onto the Commercial Card program. The incumbent will also need to manage the on-boarding of customers, liaise with the application management team and adhere to sales procedures and standards.
The small business commercial card provides a better mechanism for SMEs to manage their business expenditure. The decision to take up the product typically rests with the business owner or senior management of these companies in Singapore.
Pre-requirements
Preferably 1-2 years B2B sales experience. Alternatively, a person with B2C sales experience will also be considered.
- Understanding of SME sales dynamics with experience in hunting.
- Good communication & written skills.
- Ideally comfortable with picking up the phone and calling business owners and top management of SMEs to drive acquisition targets.
- Ability to prospect leads and generate sales. Cold calling experience.
- Poly graduates or 1-2 yrs relevant/telesales exp.
- Has prior credit cards telesales exp.
