• Degree in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations relating to recovery activities.
• Reviewing management policies regularly so that the most efficient and effective business processes can be utilised.
• Preparation and analysis of reports on trends, arrears, social indicators etc for reporting and forecasting purposes.
• Supervision of staff to ensure KPIs are met.

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience including 2 years of pre sales experience.
