			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Processing deposits of checks/cash, loan/card payments, cash withdrawals, sales of managers&#8217; checks/MCs/TCs/drafts</li>
<li>Check encashment in both local and foreign currencies at the counter</li>
<li>Deliver superior banking experience and satisfy service needs</li>
<li>Provide feedback to management on ways to enhance processes and service delivery</li>
<li>Identify sales opportunities and make appropriate referrals.</li>
<li>In addition, you will be required to handle counter enquires</li>
<li>Assist in investigations relating to cash transactions/services</li>
<li>Describe the bank&#8217;s various distribution channels to new and existing customers and recommend alternative banking access points when appropriate.</li>
<li>Other duties include assisting in the processing of check/cash deposits in the 24 hour banking area, collecting MIS for the department; exercising care and diligence in the course of duty for detection of counterfeit notes and TCs, forgery, money laundering and etc.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>At least GCE A level, with good credits in English and Mathematics.</li>
<li>An eye for details and strong customer service skills are pre-requisites.</li>
<li>Someone who is responsible and supportive team player</li>
<li>High integrity</li>
<li>Salary range: $1,800-$2,000, higher depending on experience plus laundry allowance</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to work independently with minimum supervision</li>
<li>Possesses initiative &amp; the ability to work under pressure</li>
<li>Possess strong numeric and problem-solving skills</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You will attend to customer enquiries, complaints and requests via the phone or e-mail, in accordance with internal policies and procedures, as well as keep yourself abreast of the company’s latest range of products and promotions to meet branch productivity and call quality standards. In performing your duties, you will use our automated systems to log and retrieve information, as well as process customer requests (i.e. bill payments, special requests and dispute resolution).<br />
In addition, you will investigate, resolve or report customer problems; identify and escalate difficult customer situations to the appropriate parties; as well as prepare follow-up letters to our guests.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels</li>
<li>At least 1 year’s relevant work experience</li>
<li>An enthusiastic individual with the initiative to keep abreast of the company’s range of products, promotions and services</li>
<li>Customer-focused and self-motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong computer skills in applications, such as e-mail, Intranet and standard applications in the industry</li>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>Degree or equivalent in a business-related discipline</li>
<li>Min 5 years’ supervisory experience in Collection/Call Centre of financial institutions</li>
<li>Meticulous with good organization skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people from all levels</li>
<li>Good with numbers</li>
<li>Knowledge in process management, credit control and credit risk management</li>
<li>Independent, target driven and a team player</li>
<li>Good knowledge of MS Office Applications</li>
