			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You will be an integral part of the HR Compensation and Benefits team and be responsible for handling Compensation/Payroll processes and systems for the company.  The scope of work is varied and there is significant room for personal development.</p>
<p><strong>Your main responsibilities will be:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To help in the maintenance, development and patching of the Payroll and Performance Appraisal systems;</li>
<li>To carry out administrative work related to Compensation/Payroll matters, e.g. preparation of statistical and budget reports, participation in compensation surveys, etc;</li>
<li>To liaise with various departments on Compensation and Benefits matters and handle queries;</li>
<li>To assist the Managers with various Compensation and Benefits initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<p>You should possess a Diploma and a good credit in GCE “O” Level Mathematics, with at least 1-2 years’ working experience in the area of HR Compensation/Payroll.  You should be comfortable dealing with numbers, have good written and verbal communication skills, as well as be versatile and open to being exposed to other functional areas of HR work.  A good working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel, e.g. formula, pivot table, etc), payroll systems, and CPF/local tax regulations is preferred.  We are looking for a team player who is committed; detail oriented and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.</p>

You will be responsible for organizing and providing the necessary training services for all sales personnel which may cover sales strategies and persuasion techniques as well as communicate Consumer Banking product knowledge. Part of your role also includes performing administrative duties for the entire hiring and training process.</p>
<p><strong>Pre-requirements</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking team players who are self-starters and able to work under tight deadlines. You must be motivated and results oriented individual who is able to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal skills as well as a strong command of the English language would be advantageous.</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum GCE “N” or “O” Levels, tertiary education in any field preferred.</li>
<li>Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.</li>
<li>Singaporean &amp; Permanent Residents only.</li>
<li>21 years old and above.</li>
</ul>
<p>$1,600 &#8211; $2,000 Salary</p>

<li>Administer the HR procedures and are being monitored.</li>
<li>Manages and appraises subordinates’ performance and their career advancement</li>
<li>Handles and coordinates manpower deployment to various projects</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Pre-requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Effectively bilingual</li>
<li>Diploma in Business, Marketing or any related courses</li>
<li>Knowledge of HR standards and policies</li>
</ul>
