• Diploma in Finance/Business or related from a local Polytechnic.
• Basic accounting & IT knowledge.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel.
• Fresh polytechnic graduates with SAP experience or polytechnic graduates with at least 1 year working experience in related roles are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, checking & submitting reports on a timely basis.

• Manage and take charge of the planning and implementation of addons, deletions and major modifications to the infrastructure of the System.
• Maintaince of high level of security of networks, systems and data
• Implement IT security policies.

• Communicate with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Manage and in charge of IT related assets and make sure they are maintained.
• Maintain vendor relationships and the purchase of hardware and software products when necessary.
• Manage the maintenance of corporate website.
• Manage and take charge of telephony systems in Group.
• Manage all IT staff in local group, and maintain constant communication with regional IT staff in other countries
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of  Science (Hons) In Information Technology or related study.
• Min. 3 years of experience in a supervisory / managerial role.
• Candidates with ERP experience can apply. Those with past hands on ERP experience are strongly encouraged to do so.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to communicate with people from different backgrounds.
