• Managing all Cost Accounting function of the Group
• Managing the Planning, organizing, data mining and analysis of Data and reporting Flow
• Making sure that cost accounting systems that ensure compliance as well as any new development and implementations are executed accordingly.
• Managing the accuracy of accumulative cost and reports of cost of all departmental projects and contracts in Organization.
• Review processes, methodologies, results and involved in strategic decision making.
• Manage team for forecasting and analytics.
• Assist CFC of group with month-end financial reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance. Candidates with MBA, CPA or CIMA are also encouraged to apply
• At least 7-10 years of pure cost accounting and analysis experience
• Good systems skills including ERP and MRP systems
• Meticulous, able to have the foresight to see the big picture
• Leadership, process and project management skills are essential for this role with the ability to communicate ideas across effectively.

• Managing the strategy of the supply chain to support company’s long term goals and development.
• Support global procurement/sourcing strategy.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Sound knowledge on purchasing functions to include pricing, negotiating term and sourcing of supplies, equipment, indirect and direct materials for electronic manufacturing operations.
• PC knowledge and familiar with MRP systems.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree, preferably with MBA.
• More than 10 years of supply chain / materials senior management experiences with P & L accountability.
• Good performance track records.

• Responsible for material sourcing, order fulfillment, procurement and supplier management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing activities in Asia in accordance with corporate supplier strategy where applicable.
• Analyzes department budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made and allocates operating budget.
• Ensure site accomplishment good inventory turns and return on capital as these are key indicators of site’s overall performance.
• Anticipate and drive strategic/localization to Low Cost Region/Asia regions, preferably with global presence.
• Develop and manage executive level relationships with all key Asian suppliers/distributors
• Manage pricing and contract negotiations.
• Drive VE/VA proactively and initiate cost competitiveness projects.
• Support, technical arbitrations/resolutions with contingencies.

Qualifications, Experience and Other Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering) or relevant discipline with minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in a contract manufacturing / electronic manufacturing service environment.
• Wide contact network of supplier for mechanical, electromechanical, OECM and  manufacturers in the Asian region is essential.
• Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems such as Baan.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers.
• Able to travel when needed.
