Responsibilities:

To manage key accounts to ensure that customer queries are met
To conduct product presentation to increase product awareness and create interest among target customers
To expand and acquire new customers/sales through good account servicing skills and provide marketing support when necessary
To prepare quotations
To prepare monthly report for management
To analyze reports and spot any changes in customers’ consumption trends
To report on market information/trends and new project developments to management
To build and establish close customer relationships and new project development understanding

Assist Marketing Manager to implement marketing and portfolio initiatives for the high net worth clients
Liaise with key stakeholders for decisions and comments
To liaise with external creative and premium vendors, merchants
Support Marketing Manager to execute program communications and implementations

Pre-requirements:

3 to 4 years of marketing experience, especially in the areas of creative development and execution, with the potential to grow into a marketing executive role
Proficient in spoken and written English
Well versed in Microsoft applications
Ability to coordinate across different departments
Strong project management and timeline management with the ability to multi-task
Meticulous and strong attention to details
Positive disposition
Ability to deal with stress and grow in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Administratively and numerically inclined (basic support functions)

Maintain and manage official communication on website, forums, and announcement boards.
Develop and maintain official blogs
Develop and grow membership base and provide viral marketing support via social networking sites
Maintain and operate on official groups on Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites
Manage member campaigns and community events
Copywriting for community based initiatives
Facilitate community support
Gather quantitative and qualitative data based on community response for analysis
Maintain company’s visibility in the form of uploading various promotions & related duties
Manage Word Press and able to operate and play with it

Requirements:

Candidates with relevant experience in social media are encouraged to apply. Fresh grads are also welcome.
Knowledge in Word Press is a must
Creative, innovative, and tech-savvy
Excellent communication skills, must be very good in spoken and written English
