Oversee the operations of the store and different departments to meet the company’s KPI.
Ensuring the accuracy of promotions and that products are merchandised.
Manage and motivate a team to ensure operational efficiency and sales objectives are met.
Work closely with Marketing departments to organise promotions, displays and events.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitor’s activities in the retail industry.

Description:

Degree or Diploma, with minimum 3 years’ management experience in the retail industry.
Strong leadership, organisational and analytical abilities, with sound business and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels.
Self-motivated, results and customer-oriented, with a passion for retailing and the ability to make decisions.

Lead, motivate and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the department with good customer service culture, and achieving prescribed sales targets, so as to maximise profitability.
Prepare department sales budget and the analysis of store profitability.
Manage department’s stock levels, and create a conducive atmosphere to deliver a great shopping experience for our customers.
Excellent knowledge of workplace health and safety is advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the suppliers on faulty lists, stock & Purchase Orders
Raise Transfer Orders (TOs) for damaged items and to exchange with suppliers
Raise Return To Suppliers (RTS) for stocks back to the suppliers
Raise Return For Repair (RFR) for stocks back to suppliers for repair
Assisting in the cycle count for Electrical/ IT products & reconciliation
Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators for Suppliers (Delivery to warehouse performance)
Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators for Contractors (Delivery to customers performance)
- Coordinating and liaising with the customers on no-stock situations
- Monitoring QC related service works status and liaising with customers
- Maintain proper filing system for QC
